Small restaurant within the Hotel Trilogy. Sat at the bar for dinner after checking in. My dining companion and I decided to split two dishes for our meal. We shared the California flatbread and an order of Wagyu beef sliders. Both were excellent, especially the flatbread. Wish I had the bartender's name to give her a shoutout; excellent and efficient service. Would definitely consider having dinner again at The Parc with or without a hotel stay.
Leanne has always been very professional and effective while serving everyone. She always makes everyone feel like they are old friends. This is important when your either on vacation or traveling for business.
It is a short menu, but what the have is generally good. In the fork and knife part of the menu, when they say small, they mean it. I got the chicken breast, then ordered the flatbread because the small was, in fact, small. It was, however, very good and perfectly spiced.
