Ordered a salad and an acai bowl, only recieved the salad, called the location and no one picked up and the voice messages were full.

We were really looking forward to trying Bowled, but it ended up being one of the most disappointing food experiences we've had. Both of our smoothie bowls were missing ingredients we specifically ordered, and they were so watered down they barely had any flavor—just icy and bland. None of the extra toppings we asked for were added, and there were hardly any pieces of fruit or standard toppings either. The bowls looked rushed and thrown together.
To make things worse, we found a hair in the salad we ordered. Absolutely unacceptable and incredibly off-putting.
When we called to let them know, the person on the phone was rude and dismissive. No apology, no effort to make it right—just attitude. Between the poor food quality, missing items, and terrible customer service, we won’t be going back and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone

I stopped in the Latham BOWLED recently for my first BOWLED experience! It was great from start to finish. We were greeted warmly- the staff was very welcoming and offered to help me with any questions I may have had. I ordered a traditional Açai bowl which was served to me in a timely manner and I have to say, it was delicious! The fruit was fresh and ripened perfectly. I sat and watched the many guests come in and out and enjoyed my bowl. I will definitely return to the Latham Bowled as I love to shop in Newton Plaza and to have a healthy, nutritious lunch is important to me!

This location is awful, the food is terrible and tastes like nothing. I use to come here all the time but since I’ve heard the LATHAM location has new ownership it has been absolutely terrible. Every time I go there they are always out of something, OR EVEN A COCKROACH IN MY FRIENDS SALAD and I can only imagine what is blended up in the Açai bowls absolutely foul and disgusting. The employees were very sweet and the manager was amazing and gave me a refund. I will not be returning to the location and you shouldn’t either if you want bowled go to the one in Troy 10x better.
The staff is not the issue at all, it is the new ownership and the quality of the food. You clearly couldn’t comprehend the importance of the review that we have left.

Go to a different “Bowled” if you want the full components of advertised menu items- if I wanted a salad with five ingredient..I’d stay home. Inevitably this location be closing soon anyway if they can’t afford to pay for food items. Employees were very apologetic.

I got a tropical sunrise last week from the one on Madison and it tasted totally different also I wasn’t informed of the rewards program & or that there is other sizes that the smoothies come in

I came into Bowled Latham this afternoon and was very pleased overall. The workers were really friendly and made explained the menu and satisfied all my questions. The food came out quick and was amazing. I ordered a grain bowl and was thoroughly impressed. Amazing variety of toppings aswell. Definitely will come back and bring friends as-well.

The acai bowl wasn't well blended at all. The grain bowl had clumps of rice. They replaced the cacao nibs with chocolate chips which have milk and replaced the vegan granola without asking. I could tell the cacao nibs were replaced but didn't realize it wasn't the vegan/gf granola until I put it on my bowl. They wrote on the receipt that they replaced with similar items but my roommate got it so I didn't see it until it was too late, and even then they didn't put if what they replaced the granola with was vegan/gf. Just a bummer I guess.
