The food was pretty good. The scallops were excellent in itself. Decent, comfortable atmosphere. I may have visited on an understaffed day, because it took a while to get a hibachi chef to start cooking. However, the wait wasn't long to be seated, and once the chef showed, the show was good, and the food was good as well.

The Koto Experience...Koto!!
We had a great time going to try it for the first time. We had wanted to do hibachi at the table but wanted to sit alone, and they were very accommodating for that. We were still able to order whatever we wanted and it was delicious 😋.
We tried some sushi as well as had the hibachi. I felt like the fattest kid in the best place on earth!! Bring on all the foods, you know me by now I love to EAT EAT EAT!

I’ll get this out of the way: Koto is one of my favorite restaurants in the Capital Region. The food is consistent, the servers are attentive to the table and go above and beyond, and the decor is aging, but still beautiful. It’s expensive but worth it.
