La Capital Tacos LATHAM

I didn’t get a chance to try their tacos because they staff, or at least the woman working the cashier was horrible. Rude short and not responsive to my very simple questions about the menu. Decided I’d rather walk away and give the business.

The chicken was very dry, lacking flavor, and the tortilla shells were dry and cracking. There was 2 groups in the restaurant the whole time we were there and despite taking our order first, the other group received their food 10 ninutes before us. The workers were snacking while we waited for our food before they realized they still hadnt made our ticket. You could also tell some of the toppings were old and dried out and changing color. Ive been coming here the last 6 years and the quality has dropped drastically, this last time justifies us not coming back again.

Best tacos in the capital region hands down. Very authentic feel, and taste, and has become a weekly spit.

Not too oily at all - literally perfect! You HAVE to go here if you haven't yet.

I went there ans got there churros and steak traditional tacos. The churros are caramel filled which is rare around the capital region since most places churros have no filling at all. La Capital tacos churros are amazing and there steak tacos with sour cream on the side is delicious. The 2 male workers there on Sunday night are very friendly and very helpful. Great experience all around

I wanted to go to Capital Taco for quite some time because somebody recommended them to my wife and myself. The food was great. The taste was authentic Mexican tacos. The service was pretty fast. My wife loved her birrias tacos. She said it was delicious. She told me it is one of her favorite spots now for tacos in the capital region. I couldn't agree more with her. My bowl was very tasty. I got the Campeche bowl. The portions are good and better than many other places. The place was clean. Overall we had a great experience. If you want to have some great tacos this is the place for you.

The food was delicious, but there was just not enough of it. I got three biria tacos, and I was left hungry. I'm not usually one to eat large portions, but this was more like an appetizer. My friend got the biria burrito, and that was much more meal sized. They were delicious and well made though.

Loved it. Really good and flavorful. I’ve been to other restaurants that have tacos on the menu, but there’s no comparison and they put love into their food which is a key ingredient. Come and try it for yourself, you’ll love it.
