Stopped by Three Pastas today, and went with the homemade fettuccine with carbonara and added chicken. It was incredibly good quality for the price (or any price) - everything was fresh and tasted delicious. Definitely recommend if you're in the area!

Have never been to 3 Pastas but this question seems relevant. Why do you have 4 reviews marked not recommended hidden away? By my count then the restaurant received 6 of the 5 star ratings. I raise this because I thought 2 folks liked it and 4 hated it based on the Yelp pAge. Wrong! Everyone of the 'not recommended' posts were 5 star ratings.

Three Pastas is fantastic. Everything tasted so fresh and with a lot of flavor. The carbonara sauce is unique in that it is much lighter than other carbonara's I've had but equally or more flavorful. The asparagus and red onions were perfectly cooked, not over or under cooked. And the bacon was incredible. The place has a few bar seats but otherwise lots of seating in the front. The owner Dan is very nice and knows his stuff, seems like he's a very hard worker committed to his new small business. I look forward to going back and really want to try the ragu next time.Highly highly recommend!

Don't sleep on three pastas this place is fire!!!!! This food will leave your body feeling good, :) not sluggish and tired. Fresh homemade pasta is superb. The Ragu sauce is bomb with fresh chunks of beef. Topped with a side of excellent grilled chicken and broccoli rabe on the side. Yes please. Great portion sizes and super flavorful. 10/10 would recommend. Sincerely satisfied.
