We did not get a response to the email, so decided to follow up by going there around the time they were opening to ensure that we didn't distract them from other guests. When we arrived, we were greeted by someone setting the tables that offered to get the manager for us. After your manager stated that she hasn't seen the email, we tried to explain what we wanted to host, but she abruptly kept shutting us down while we were speaking. The manager clearly showed that she had no time for us and that your vineyard was not interested in hosting our event or working with our company. There was no one in the restaurant, no cars in the parking lot, or anything of the sort so it wasn't like she had other customers to contend with. We weren't asking for hours of her time, only to sit with her for a few minutes and possibly speak about pricing, the date, and availability, still she spoke down to us in an abrupt and disrespectful fashion in the middle of your main room. Do you not host private events as your website states? Are you not want a professional relationship with a company that could bring you potential business? We were so disgusted that we didn't even buy the wine that we planned on getting to use with the chocolate tastings for the event. You have a beautiful vineyard, but your manager could use some customer service skills training. However, I thank her because we found a delightful vineyard that is open to our event and had a ton of possibilities for us to incorporate that we had never even thought of offering! I am sorry for your loss, we have already sold 20+ tickets without a venue or date, imagine the volume of business we will generate now that we have these things. You have now lost all of that potential business, as well as any future business from us. I wish you the best of luck in the future.

I celebrated my 33rd birthday 2/25. It was amazing we had a party bus drop us off. Though it’s winter season it was still beautiful to visit. Tasting deck has wonderful lighting. We got upgraded to the private cellar to accommodate for very chilly temperatures took minute for tasting deck to warm up. The staff was amazing (Gaetno & Christian) and helpful. My favorite wine was the Steel Chardonnay. We will be back for spring/summer time.

Wow, what a stunning vineyard. So clean and beautifully designed. Love that they have a rooftop/deck and then a nice patio as well as a big dinning area. Loved their pinot gris. Felt like we were in another place with all the beach grass/pampas. Loved it!

My friends and I visited Ev & Em Vineyards for a wine tasting during our girls' weekend. The standout for me was the dry rose; I liked it so much that I bought a bottle to bring home. We also compared two chardonnays with two different flavor profiles, as suggested by our server, which everyone really loved. We were all able to talk about which flavors we preferred in either of the two wines and felt like sommeliers. The charcuterie board was a bit hit or miss, especially with the selection of meats. I personally enjoyed it, but some at my table didn't. We talked to the server, and they mentioned they were experimenting with different meats for the board.In summary, the wine was great, the views were beautiful, and the service was attentive and friendly. I'm eager to return in the future and see how Ev & Em Vineyards continues try the finalized charcuterie board!

Such a beautiful taproom and outdoor area. We had an amazing tasting presented by David, who gave us quite an education not only on the wine, but also on the charcuterie.You could see his passion for the products he presented.This is the exact experience you picture when thinking of a relaxing time on the North Fork.The wine was a priced in the mid range, but you can taste the quality in the products. Certainly worth the price we paid.We'll be back!

Despite an umcomfortable situation with our server (I felt she judged by my appearence and was very unpleasent) I have to give this place 5 stars. I was quickly told by who I think was one of the owners is that it was the woman's first day on the job. The winery is absolutely stunning inside and out. It is extremely dog friendly which I love amd the rest of the staff is friendly and very pleasant. The only thing I wish was different is being able to just grab a glass of wine at the bar and pick a seat as opposed to being let to a seat amd having to wait for a server.
We were recommended to visit Ev&Em by friends who live in the area. Having been to several vineyards in Long Island, this was by far a favorite. The staff went out of their way to explain the wines, environment, and history. We enjoyed how our flights were poured in separate, standard wine glasses, thus giving us the ability to truly get a taste for the wine. The ambiance both indoors and outdoors was exceptional. The stainless steel chardonnay was our favorite, and we bought two bottles to bring home to Connecticut. We can't wait to go back during our next trip.

Visited EV&EM for the first time and was terrific!. Great venue with comfortable seating in several levels. The atmosphere was laid back yet so friendly. The Merlot and the Chadonnay Stainless Steel were terrific. Got to meet Dan and his family which was a special treat, especially for my wife who suggested getting over here. Kristin, Jules and Angelo were a delight in every way. With this level of care for their customers the sky's the limit for this Vineyard.

I love this place. Service was great, seated right away. I love the atmosphere of it all. Beautiful grounds, very spacious and clean. The wine was great too! My husband and I shared our tastings. We did the classic and the EV&EM wine. We also shared the hummus plate with pita bread which was perfect just for picking. I would definitely come back here and probably just get a full glass of wine as I know what I enjoy now. It was also a Sunday and there was live music. Singer had a beautiful voice and definitely pertained to the atmosphere and making the experience all the more enjoyable. We raved about the stainless steel Chardonnay and he ended up giving us another tasting free of charge to compare the fermented one to the stainless steel. Exceptional service and totally unexpected. Highly recommend.
