Wow, what a stunning vineyard. So clean and beautifully designed. Love that they have a rooftop/deck and then a nice patio as well as a big dinning area. Loved their pinot gris. Felt like we were in another place with all the beach grass/pampas. Loved it!
My friends and I visited Ev & Em Vineyards for a wine tasting during our girls' weekend. The standout for me was the dry rose; I liked it so much that I bought a bottle to bring home. We also compared two chardonnays with two different flavor profiles, as suggested by our server, which everyone really loved. I celebrated my 33rd birthday 2/25. It was amazing we had a party bus drop us off. Though it’s winter season it was still beautiful to visit. Tasting deck has wonderful lighting. We got upgraded to the private cellar to accommodate for very chilly temperatures took minute for tasting deck to warm up. The staff was amazing (Gaetno & Christian) and helpful. My favorite wine was the Steel Chardonnay. We will be back for spring/summer time.
