My recent dining experience at your establishment was a huge disappointment . While I have enjoyed previous visits, my experience on this occasion fell significantly short of expectations.
Our party experienced an unacceptable delay in receiving our food, waiting over two hours for our main courses. Furthermore, the appetizers we ordered were never delivered, and we were only informed of their unavailability after a considerable wait. This lack of communication was frustrating and disruptive to our evening.
Additionally, the lychee martini we ordered was of poor quality. The lychee juice tasted old and rancid, rendering the drink undrinkable.
Finally, we were surprised and concerned by the imposition of a service charge for parties of two. When we inquired about this charge with a manager, identifying himself as Matto, his response was unprofessional and unhelpful. His demeanor lacked the courtesy and welcoming attitude we expect from establishment staff.
I hope you will address these issues to ensure future diners have a more positive experience.

If I could give a zero I would. On a night of celebration that was supposed to be an intimate little night out turned into a the worst experience ever. One hostess on the floor she was very nice and tried to accommodate us but had a large party and took a while to get to us. After deciding to cut the night and leave the owner stopped us and ushered us back to the table. We order an appetizer and it came out cold. The duck was dry and then I was told that is how duck cooks. When I know better. Then while waiting even longer for the fish to come out it we decided to leave without it. Yet somehow even after expressing we would pay for everything else except the fish we had not received the owner still sends the fish over to the table and takes off the other ordered meal despite being told we would pay for all we had at the table already. He told the hostess to take the duck off and charge us for the fish because it cost more. I will never come there again and will never suggest this place. Then he followed us out the door saying we look disappointed. Disappointed is not the word.

Loved the vibe at Sandz! The drinks were stunning and delicious, the food (especially the grilled chicken and crab cake) was amazing, and the live band made the night extra fun. Great spot for a night out or even a private party. Highly recommend!
