False time stated. Got here at 1115pm and the place was closed. Thats false advertising, you have the right to have any operating hours you choose but plz update the website and the sign on your door says midnight yet 1115pm location was closed

It’s a good ice cream store
It's good but the employees are generally rude and snappy. One time I walked in to finally get a very nice worker. I have her a big tip
Perfect for every occasion I got for a b'day party and it was amazing
I came here a few times, and sometimes I've noticed that the manager has made female workers here feel uncomfortable, making inappropriate remarks and having overall unprofessional mannerisms against the female employees. Never coming here again.
I have been wanting to try ritas for years knowing it is a Philly staple and it did not disappoint! I will definitely be going back there! Go Birds!
No samples and the sizes are almost 50% less than advertised

I ordered a concrete, $8 and it wasn’t even filled to the top . When I asked them to fill it a little more they gave me an attitude .

Came in at about 5pm and encountered a very impatient and insensitive man working there who REPEATEDLY asked my aunt that is clearly blinding (hence one eye that doesn’t move) “Why she cant see the screen since they look the same age” when we informed him its due to blinding from cancer he showed no real remorse and we immediately lost our appetites and left. He was clearly rushing us and there weren’t even any other customers at the time. Someone should train him better on how to speak to people.
