Wow. Wow. Wow.The new owners have really put their heart and soul into making this the greatest Ritas experience possible. The ice and custard is great but the customer service is tremendous; I walked into the store for some ices and walked out in tears - a completely new person, with my faith in humanity and frozen desserts restored.Can’t recommend enough.
