Food is always good, but its kind of pricey. Staff is great.
I was looking for a good deli and my coworker recommended us this place. I been here numerous times, however whenever we come here, the service is very slow, and the staff seem untrained and not attentive. The owner has poor customer service skills with an attitude. I experienced him tell a customer that complain about his sandwich, not to come back. The sandwiches are good, however I would never go back to this place after an experience like this!

Been going to this deli for 20 years all of a sudden a new rule no breakfast sandwiches including eggs after 12. No where in their business is there a sign stating this. They just made it up recently and don’t even notice or care they’re losing money and life-long customers. Ridiculously shameful and stupid.
They turn off the grill at 12 o’clock so you cant get breakfast sandwiches or any hot food because the time of the day matters so much to them they won’t cook eggs if its 1pm. Awful! This deli would make way more money if that goes away.

Bacon egg and cheese..$8.14
Really! It's just a breakfast sandwich
Terrible, ordered just bacon and melted Swiss on a roll with mayo...they charged me 12.00 plus $1.00 for the roll....potato salad was milky....and everything tasted nasty...will never go there again...the $1.00 for roll charge is my major peeve....

Great local deli. Food is great, service needs some work. They literally see you standing there, waiting to order or pay and continue their personal conversations. I wouldn't go if I were in a hurry.

Brother’s Deli is an iconic local spot serving up some of the best sandwiches you’ll find on the island. The food is consistently fresh, hearty, and exactly what you want from a true deli. If you’re putting in a big order, it’s smart to call ahead assuming the phone line isn’t disconnected that day. There’s seating inside if you want to sit down, but this place really shines for people on the go. Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or stocking up before heading out on the water, Brother’s Deli is a must-stop for anyone going boating.

Best subs on Long Island. When you go, try to make sure one of the guys takes your orders. Had a lady there once that gave me the saddest sandwich ever, so I always make sure one of the guys takes my order. you get more than what you pay for! Sandwiches are stuffed.

Slow service waiting on a line with a full staff, then some guy didnt know how to read and was in the wrong line and cut me without apology. Then I got ignored again and left. Service needs some help.

A great local deli
I've tried to like this place, multiple times. They are definitely a last resort type of deli and I hate that they're even an option. The service leaves much to be desired, everyone is always rude and they act like your inconveniencing them. Their sandwiches are hastily put together with no love...hopefully they get yours right. Do yourself a favor and go to Reyes Deli down the road. They'll make your sandwich right, without the attitude.

I came across this place because my Dad wanted a pastrami sandwich and I can't believe I never went here before. Such a nice deli. Very nice people no matter how busy they are you never feel ignored the food is fresh and so good. It has such a cute area to eat its spacious and so clean and very cost friendly . Nothing but good things to say about this deli 🙌
