This carvel was amazing. They had a variety of soft serve flavors to choose from. This was great because we were there for bogo soft serve Wednesday. The staff was friendly, fast and efficient. Also, the pricing was great. If I am in long island this will be the carvel I choose.
Got an ice cream cake for my daughter’s bday. The employee was so nice. And helpful, she literally came out from behind the counter to help me pick a cake. The store is always clean and the ice cream is delicious.
We asked for extra peanut butter topping for our sundaes and the guy at the counter is very friendly and good, but the young girl is not. She has an attitude and refuses to accommodate us. Next time I will wait for the friendly guy!
