Just think the owner of this location should know that the employees decide to stop serving whenever they feel like it. I showed up to the drive through at 8:45 and the hours are clearly advertised until 9pm and I was told that they can’t serve me my drink because they turned the espresso machine off... I have an espresso machine and it takes two seconds to turn it on. They just don’t want to clean up because they want to walk out the door at 9 on the dot. Lol I get it I worked in food service for over a decade but that’s not how it works. Change the advertised hours if you don’t want to serve drinks after 830. been coming to this location for 20 years- won’t be back after this.

Absolutely terrible. I’ve tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt but they prove to me over and over again how awful they truly are. Awful Customer Service and Awful Food. I go here before work because its super close to my home and they have a drive through which makes things a bit easier for me. However i will NO LONGER be attending this place. I went there this morning and ordered a caramel macchiato instead I received a disgusting iced coffee with iced filled to the brim. They gave me the wrong order because i guess no one there can work and serve the right ordered items accordingly. There has been times where i have gone there and asked for “light ice” and what they give me is a drink that looks like i have taken 6 sips out of it already. Its very frustrating because their drinks are so expensive as it is. Today 11/06/2023 i was charged the full price of a macchiato but gave the most basic nastiest drink. So done.Lastly, i called 10x (not exaggerating) to let them know and the phone rings and rings forever. I just have one question…… WHO IS RUNNING THIS PLACE??????

I'm not sure about the night staff, but the early morning staff during the week, are some of the rudest human beings on the face of this planet. They have zero customer service skills, they rush you at the drive-through and make you feel like youre bothering them. I get a pit in my stomach when I have to order but it's the only Dunkin on my drive to work so I tolerate it.

Absolutely terrible customer service. My daughter placed an order online walked in 10 minutes later it wasn’t made she watched three people come in in front of her. They make their order. Still haven’t made her order when I walk in and ask for a refund manager says I can’t do that. Absolutely awful customer service. All of these people should be fired. Terrible terrible

an answered phone would be preferableDon't know Who "Magic Jack" is, but it would have been nice to speak with the manager about employment verification... left a voicemail, let's see if "Magic Jack" relays the message and the manager callsI miss the days the days of phones being answered by polite helpful people

This morning I went there and ordered a BEC on a croissant and a medium Ice Tea with 4 splendor. I was handed a black ice coffee. I said to the girl this is too dark to be ice tea this if coffee. Some other man insisted this is Ice Tea because "they just made it and that's why it was so dark". I took a sip and immediately knew it was coffee. I HATE coffee. I handed it back to her. I had to wait several minutes for a third person to give me my ice tea and laugh and say sorry. It wasn't even made the way I asked. There was no one on line before me and someone came well after me so not overly busy. This place screws up constantly. Also they never give you napkins. I am better off going down the road!, since they barely cared that they messed up

Exceedingly poor service by the day manager and an inferior product line of Dunkin thermos's. There standards should be raised to that of Starbucks service and product line.

Abandon all hope. This Dunkin' once was good, but now it has been degraded to a shoddy quality, low service shack of torment. The manager on duty? She is the worst I've ever seen in action.Ironically, the staff tries their best, but even their best fails in light of the lack of leadership. Do yourself and your loved ones a favor. Keep driving...
