Just think the owner of this location should know that the employees decide to stop serving whenever they feel like it. I showed up to the drive through at 8:45 and the hours are clearly advertised until 9pm and I was told that they can’t serve me my drink because they turned the espresso machine off... I have an espresso machine and it takes two seconds to turn it on. They just don’t want to clean up because they want to walk out the door at 9 on the dot. Lol I get it I worked...read full review

Absolutely terrible. I’ve tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt but they prove to me over and over again how awful they truly are. Awful Customer Service and Awful Food. I go here before work because its super close to my home and they have a drive through which makes things a bit easier for me. However i will NO LONGER be attending this place. I'm not sure about the night staff, but the early morning staff during the week, are some of the rudest human beings on the face of this planet. They have zero customer service skills, they rush you at the drive-through and make you feel like youre bothering them. I get a pit in my stomach when I have to order but it's the only Dunkin on my drive to work so I tolerate it.
