I come to this location on my way to work...4 days in a row my coffee was bland...you ask for flavors they just give milk..ok had my order fixed..today order a SIMPLE $5 meal...1 wrap 1 order of hash browns and a medium coffee...simple...lady charges me for 2 wraps and I repeated the order she did not...I said you are charging me for 2 she goes no i am not...the meal comes out to 8.69....not the issue...u didnt listen to me...gives me the wrong order im like ok...tell her you over charged she goes no i didn't...had to go inside and get a refund...honestly LISTEN to your customers and REPEAT the orders...as a former Dunkin manager I used to enforce that on everyone so issues LIKE this never happened. This location literally messes up your orders daily- why its even here is no clue.

Friendly and quick service from the staff. Always a good spot to grab a quick coffee during my travels.

Definitely got an upgrade all around when they remodeled. Staff and service seem to have improved, orders are more consistent, and it is conveniently located. Wait times at the drive through can be painful though.

I ordered two matcha latte and they gave me icee latte, I told the matcha is green and they got very upset. Not good service ever since they changed management.
I went today. I bought two coffees. The service was terrible, they didn't listen. I ordered two donuts. They only gave me one donut. Terrible service. They stole my sugary coffees.

Probably the worst dunkin donuts i have ever been to. They had like 7 donuts left, no munchkins, my drink was wrong and they charge 1.00 for no ice like what if i just didnt want the ice because of the taste. The donuts were hard as a rock. I went at like 11:00pm I guess customers who come later on in the day are not as important as earlier customers. Also the lady was rude about me not wanting ice

I used to come here no problem. hs ppl would be there. I had not been there in about a yr or 2 until recently. Idk if there's new management, owner or what but it's disastrous.
most def. not going back. The avocado toast barely had avocado. my cream cheese bagel was barely toasted and again, such a thin spread of cream cheese ! I threw out most of bagel bc it was so dry. I was in the mood for matcha. guess what. They had underfilled it. the photo is of me not having a sip. Wow.
Charge us less if you're going to give less, owner of this dnd. smh. basically charged me 5 bucks for a single dry old slice of bread. the whole thing combined was just disappointing
that's not a place I trust of be handling my food back there if this is what they're giving us now.

i called with a question i had and this guy was repeatedly yelling at me. after confronting him about the yelling, he claimed he was not yelling, when he most definitely was. i then had my friend call back so she could ask the question instead. he started yelling at her as well. i asked for his name and he said he was not disclosing that information with me since it wasn't "business related". i told him i was going to be contacting courpret about this and he continued to claim it was harassment to the business. overall this guy was extremely rude and disrespectful. i do not know his name or anything about him except the service was complete and total bullshit.

Stopped and ordered an avocado toast. It seemed pretty simple, except they took my order and forgot to make it. People who had come in to order breakfast sandwiches and drinks were getting their orders before me. I had to remind them I ordered something, and they had no idea I was waiting for an order. I had somewhere to be so waiting more for an order that seemed easier to make than breakfast sandwiches wasn't possible at that point, so I left without getting my order or my money back. If you plan on going to this Dunkin, I would think twice about ordering inside. It seems like the drive-through gets priority over in person orders.
