Upon entering, the hostess asked to scan our IDs. We were told, no joke, that it’s “because [they] want to know who is here.” What does that even mean? Anyway, the hostess scanned our IDs and we chose to be seated on the patio, unaware that there was a large, boisterous group celebrating something. Not a big deal.

My husband and I passed this spot a few times and were curious about it so we decided to check it out. It's a neighborhood Latino restaurant supported by the Latino community. Overall we were glad that we checked it out.
