The food, the parking lot and customer service is all horrible. I cant tell if it was the owner or the manager but he was giving us dirty looks while he was on his cell phone. There is plenty of real pizza around and if you are in mood for fast food pizza there is a new Pizza Hut opening a few minutes down the road.

Ordered pizzas on Uber eats and in the special instructions asked for one of the pies to be cheese (can’t eat pork) since it would not let me customize the pies. I got my food and both pizzas had pepperoni on them and I can’t eat either of them. I called and spoke to the manager and asked him if I could get a cheese pie and return one of the pizzas that was untouched since they failed to follow the special instructions and he told me “we don’t follow special instructions we don’t get them for online orders” so he refused to fix his mistake. Was super rude on the phone and I tried to explain it’s against my religion and he said I could buy a new pizza but he wasn’t going to fix his mistake I either had to buy a new one or deal with it and talk to Uber eats.

I have ordered from this location several times in the last 6 months (my 9 yr old LOVES it lol) and I have to say their customer service is above and beyond!! And as always the food is always good. Definitely 11/10 for them!

I placed a delivery order with Papa John’s today and was truly impressed by the exceptional service I received. Although there was a slight delay due to car issues, the store took the time to personally call, explain the situation, and apologize. This level of communication and care is top-notch customer service — and it’s so appreciated. I wish more businesses took such thoughtful care of their customers!
