No soda machine for refills the place was hot as hell the cashier was nice but other than that felt very uncomfortable

I witnessed several practices that raise concerns about both food quality and customer care. Food was sometimes held for long periods before being served, and I observed staff handling food without gloves. On multiple occasions, chicken that should have been fresh was reused instead of discarded.
Customers who ordered regular chicken were often given spicy chicken without being informed, simply because the kitchen frequently miscalculated how much regular chicken was needed and did not have enough prepared. In addition, when unsweet tea was not brewed, a mixture of sweet tea and water was served in its place. This is especially concerning for guests with health conditions, such as diabetes, who rely on accurate information about what they are drinking.
I personally saw returned orders placed back on the rack instead of being thrown away, which made me question food safety standards. On top of that, customer service was inconsistent, with some employees showing a noticeably unpleasant attitude.
Wait times were another frequent issue. Orders larger than a four piece often took 10 to 20 minutes, which is unusually long for a fast-food setting.
From what I experienced, this location would benefit from stronger oversight, better training, and a higher commitment to both food safety and customer respect.

Ordered on the app for drive through pickup. Waited in line behind one car for about 5 min to tell them we were picking up an online order. Then waited behind the same car for 10 min at the pickup window. Then it was our turn at the window. Waited at the window for another 10 min for them to say they're waiting on chicken and to pull into a spot in the parking lot and theybwould bring it out. After waiting another 10 min or so, my wife went inside to see what was going on. My wife literally waited another 10 min inside for the food. Ultimately we were at Popeyes for almost 40 min on an order that was placed on the app almost 5 min before we even arrived. Absolute insanity. And only offered a free soda. Mybwife was too nice as I was telling her to just cancel the order. Will never go here again... Get it together people.... Only bonus was food was hot.

Guy can’t understand the order and calls me stupid I know what I’m ordering and he doesn’t understand English last time there this is 3 times I’m out

Food was good and fresh but the thing i like the most is when I visit any restaurant is when the bathroom is clean it shows me that if the staff keeps bathroom clean they must be clean in the back.

Messed up my order, I ordered 6pc of chicken wings and received chicken nuggets. I ended up eating them anyway but was not given ranch so they were kind of bland. If you're going to give me the wrong thing at least give me the sauce that comes with it.

I love this restaurant! Fresh hot delicious. The employees are excellent and professional. You have to try the sweet tea! Best chicken of everyone. Whether it's fried or a sandwich. You have to come here.

They make it so that only some of the foods and deals from the Popeyes app work in their store. Then they play dumb when you bring it up to them. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Good value, good meal. Very nice staff. Wish there was more seating, but not much can be done about that. Place could use a little dressing up, but food and service were both very good.

No matter if I go there, order door dash, order on their website. They never provide the sauces that they charged you for. They couldn’t care less about your order and it shows.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine enthusiasm. The staff's attentiveness and willingness to go the extra mile truly made me feel valued as a customer. I left feeling not just satisfied with my experience, but eager to return and recommend this place to others, Also place was very clean and organized.  Will come back
