The person who took the order on the phone stated that they were too busy to allow us to review & verify the order before finalizing. During pick up, as the person recited the order, we repeated the (correct) item back to the person. They responded very rudely and disrespectfully. We asked for the manager, who completed our transaction and comp'd an item on our order. Because of our collective experience with this individual, we will not be using this shop again and would encourage others to follow suit, unless the owner replaces this person.

Food is good everything is good but the other girl tops off all of them she was the best employee they had she always had a smile on her face she would always ask about my day and everything and she was very clean too everyone liked her the other employees are nice too but the old girl was the best employee out of everyone.

I am so upset with how i was treated this evening by this worker at this place of business. If there is a girl named Samantha there leave she doesn't care about how she serves you This is what happened to me and my husband . Today the server so called named Samantha which she said that wasn't her name after she put hot sauce one of my platters and i never asked for the hot sauce cause my husband has bad heart burn instead of replacing it she just added more white sauce. Then she told me i should have spoke up and i did but she was to quick to put it on and not listen. I said maybe if u slowed down to listen u wouldn't have made that mistake. She tells me with an attitude we don't worry about what the costumer wants we have other things to worry about in the back. I work very hard and i go there very tired after work and she tells me well u come in here with an attitude .. Not at all im just tired. She started arguing with me after i had a very long day i just wanted my food .... Never in my life was i treated and spoken to by a server so horribly. She shouldn't be serving ppl if she doesn't want to respect the costumers and doesn't want to listen to their order. She was very rude and disrespectful and needs to be taught how to speak with courtesy. I go in there alot and every one else is very kind . I also own a business and would never do that to anyone i deal with. I will tell everyone about this incident and not to go there when she is working there. No one should be treated like that u never know what someone else is going through.

The prices are different than what it shows outside. The quantity if rice in the platters are less, it used to be almost 2 scoops and salad on top of it, now its just less rice on one side and less salad on the other side. Wont be eating platters again from any Shah’s
