Apparently Smashburger in Lindenhurst does not follow ADA guidelines Title 3 which states that they cannot discriminate against someone with a medical disability. I entered the restaurant on 7/25/2020 and although I was standing over 10 feet away from the person behind the counter, she yelled out to me (over the customer standing in front of her) that I must wear a mask! I told her that I am medically incapable of wearing a mask. She yelled back to me that she is not allowed...read full review
first time experience was offal.
cold overcooked french fries and a sloppy Burger. besides the cashier had very bad English speaking skillz making it very defficult to even place my order. pricey no problem, just give me good hot food.
