Best Japanese food in Lindenhurst. The sushi, pokebowls, ramen, you name it. Just go in there and enjoy the food. You will not be disappointed. Ignore the old bad reviews, the place is under new management with better and brighter people. 10/10 food.
Teriyaki Express has been around for a long time, but recently as of Feb this year they're under new ownership. The new owner are so friendly and they make you feel like they're you're friends and you're coming over to eat at their house. I got a spicy tuna roll & salmon avocado roll with spicy mayo. Their sushi is always fresh, flavorful, and just hits whenever I’m craving something good. The portions are solid, and they’re super reliable with timing. Plus, the owners are genuinely so kind. They always make you feel welcome, even with takeout. I’ve tried a bunch of places, but nothing beats how consistently good this one is. If you love sushi, this place won’t let you down.
