Not sure what the problem is with the Little Falls McDonald's, possibly employee issues. But this is with out a doubt the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Often times its a 30 minutes wait for drive through and no one is even in front of you. The orders are constantly wrong. Food is often sloppy, like it was tossed from across the room. If you can wait, the other McDonald's in the area will be a better choice.
This place is always filthy. Asked for a rag to clean table. Cashier said she would do it. I don’t think she was ever taught to clean anything. She missed half the table. I had to go get toilet paper to dry it off. People behind me in line were leaving because they said they were not going to stand there for another 10 minutes to get a cup of coffee. We always eat there. When I come in I see people eating off of trays. Our food always comes in a bag. They must not want to wash...
Drive through order wasn't correct as usual. Got home to find that the hashbrowns were most likely from the day before. Not edible. The Egg McMuffin was like biting into rubber. The Sausage McMuffin with egg was burnt. I used the 20% off App code, but since they didn't get the order correct I ended up spending more. Employees looked like they all just rolled out of bed. Not impressed at all.
