The evening guy has to be replaced. I've been coming here for years. He wants you to come to the window and then describes how nothing is available. He is not meant for this job.
Oh no ambience was detectable as I use the drive-through 24 hour window. Service was good as I was there before doors opened to the brick and mortar store. The employees were courteous and quick, considering it was early hours. The food was standard Dunkin' Donuts. Nothing new here and the coffee was up to standard.
