Tripped and fell when exiting the store where there was no sign that there was a big step down from the door. Drinks all spilled and no workers came to help, never go here again

I was really disappointed with my visit to this bubble tea shop. The bubbles were a complete letdown—way too soft and not chewy at all, which is the whole point of bubble tea! If the boba isn’t good, it ruins the experience. Won’t be coming back.
