The ambiance of Cha Menya is aesthetic, beautiful and relaxing. The service and food were impeccable! We had the karage and ika for starters. They were delicious! The ika especially exceeded my expectations. For mains we had the triple shrimp and the tsukemen. Both were delicious but my favorite was the tsukemen. Everything in both ramen's were cooked perfectly and the both was amazing.
Some of the best ramen I've ever had!We started with enoki - crispy fried enoki mushrooms. They were perfectly fried and delivered in a bowl in sheets of several mushrooms cooked together. Then, we had the Classic Ramen and the Yasai Ramen. The Classic was one of the best bowls of ramen I've ever had. The broth is a milky, pork-bone tonkotsu broth with a rich umami flavor. We dream about the broth, fantasize about the noodles... honestly, we should probably get their wallpaper on our phones at this point. The classic ramen is SO good, we haven't even dared to explore the rest of the menu. Maybe next time... or the next...
