“Lip numbing spice in all the good warm way for a cold Syracuse day. After a snow storm and Sunday with bright daylight. The restaurant inside has its own personality when it was remodeled a few years ago. With it's earthy wall fixtures and wall mural of an old Chinese restaurant. If your brave highly recommend pork kidneys and even frog. Portions are always for two or a little than that. If you want the next level Chinese food this is the place and always spicy.Vegetarian options: A lot of tufu substitute for the meats. A lot of options and vegetables to choose from.Parking: There isn't just parking in the front there is space on the side and back of building.“
“Service: great! Called in for a pick up and they had my food warm and ready! However, I didn’t get any plastic utensils or napkins which was a bit inconvenient since I was rushing to get back to work.Taste: “Boneless spare ribs” aka C31- rice was good and meat was mediocre. It was bit on the dry side and the sauce was super sweet but overall the dish was okay. This dish came with a fried roll which was pretty yummy! The amount was also nothing to complain about. Honestly I could eat this for 2 meals.Recommend: Yes! For the price, the food was good! I spent about $10.“
“This is my favorite place to eat at the mall. I've also done take-out orders from them many times and have had good experiences. It's a very simple atmosphere inside. It does have a similar feel to a fast food place.I feel that the prices are a little high, but it's delicious and I go there whenever I'm at the mall.Vegetarian options: You can get tofu as a topping, and all add-ons are vegetarian.Dietary restrictions: All poke-bowls are "make your own," so it's very easy to avoid things you're allergic to. There may be some level of cross-contamination, though.“
“Stopped in after Cuse football. Matty, our server was kind and attentive! Food was excellent: apps spring rolls and dumplings-spring rolls good but dumplings stole the show! For dinner we had pad Thai and garlic shrimp-the veggies were fresh and well-prepared. Just delicious all around. And quite inexpensive. The owner spoke to us to after we had finished-very nice. Kudos.“
“Every time I come to Poke Fish, I am greeted with enthusiasm and kindness. Each employee there is so sweet and the environment is very comfortable and fun. The food is always extremely fresh and the portions are very generous. One of my favorite places to eat out in Syracuse!“
“Came here with friends and ordered different dishes to share. The diced chicken with chili had a dry spice flavor that hinted of turmeric. My friends really liked it, but I did not like the aftertaste. I ordered the jumbo ebi shumai, but the 6 pieces were tiny and wasn't what I was expecting. It was more of a minced types filling. So afterwards, we ended up ordering the 4 piece shrimp shumai under the dim sum. Now this was what I was hoping for. Beautiful pockets filled with pieces of shrimp. I would definitely order more of these. The scallion pancake was good. Flakier and less scallion than a Korean scallion pancake. The soup dumplings we had were also a fun treat to enjoy out of the big soup spoons. We also ordered the Grandma's braised pork and unfortunately, none of us really liked the taste of that dish.“
“We had such an amazing experience at dinner. We were celebrating my friends sons birthday and Wendy went above and beyond. If I could give Wendy more than 5 stars I would. We will specifically be asking for her any time we come back.Plus the food is great. The pineapple coconut ice cream is ?Kid-friendliness: They made his birthday dinner amazing. They took the time to sing and bring a sparkler“
“Tight Space there were 12 people in basically a phone booth waiting to order or to pick up food. This is because they closed their dining room after the Pandemic. They have a whole Banquet Hall I've never saw in Use it's been closed for years and now there's a window you order from. GREAT FOOD though.“
“The won tons were hard as a rock with no cheese in them, the egg rolls were hard as well. As for the chicken and mushrooms on top of rice the carrots were hard as well. The wonton soup was salty and watery. That was our first and last time coming to King Chef thank you but no thank you.“
