Waited over ten minutes behind a vehicle at drive thru order location when they finally waited long enough and sped away. I had to ask for someone to take my order and was told be whoever that I will have to wait for my turn. After several minutes of a back and forth discussion regarding the lack of promptness, the manager told me that she would not take my order.
