I give it a 3 at best.. coffee is completely inconsistent, waits are outrageous, especially in the afternoon. It's not because they are busy.. often times there are 2 or 3 cars in the parking lot and you still sit in drive through for 10 minutes. I have spoken to management myself and was told that the GM won't hire more staff, despite multiple complaints from customers... the manager Tina is rude. However the mornings and morning staff seem to be better, and a few of the staff...read full review
Very friendly, attentive and speedy staff. Always use my Dunkin on the go and never have a problem, orders always right.

Dunkin' is a popular restaurant that has improved significantly with the addition of new employees and the removal of weaker staff. The great people and employees are fantastic, though they are often overworked. The restaurant is consistently excellent with its beverages and is highly recommended, especially the location on 7th north right off the highway.
