I don't like leaving negative reviews, especially for a place I frequent often. But the last two times we went there, there has been a girl behind the counter on her phone with a pony tail. She rolls her eyes at us and doesn't respond when we say thank you or even really interact with us at all. She doesn't seem to like her job very much. I'm not sure if it's because I'm brown or if she has some other issue but I've never been rude to her.

On the other hand, Olivia is awesome and she deserves a raise! We saw her vehicle there and only went in today because we thought she was going to be the barista behind the counter. But alas that was not the case.

Also my partner was impressed with the girl with the braids mocha skills. So keep her and give her a raise as well.

Staff friendly and prompt and best Chai I've ever had.

I usually order the maple cold brew with foam and never really has flavor. I’ve only come here in the past to get my studying done but I don’t think I will ever be back. The barista working, don’t know her name, but she was very rude.

ordered an iced strawberry match and it tasted like dish water and cost over 7 dollars. Drinks are not their strong suit only thing recommended is the cold brew, but atmosphere is nice.

This place does coffee. That's pretty much it. Great selection, mind.
The coffee is pretty good, but it's served in paper takeout cups even if you're staying in. Space could be cosier, but it's fine.

Guy at the counter is not personable at all. Seemed more like a bother to order a coffee. No thank you nothing. Better service at Starbucks and I like supporting local but places like this make it hard to do so. Nothing was left at the bakery section but cookies and bagels. Opened until 4pm there should be at least other stuff available especially getting there before 11am. Huge fail.

Adorable coffee shop. Staff was really nice and helpful. It's everything you would hope for in a coffee shop. Lots of room if you wanted to lounge as you drank your coffee

Have always had a great experience here and the cold brew is delicious. Cashiers/baristas are friendly and helpful. Mondo iced Cooper pictured. Tasty sucker!
