Good food at a fair price- our server “Bryce” at the Clay NY location was amazing!!
😡😡😡Went for lunch 3/8/24 with a friend. The coleslaw was well past expiration date and smelled rotten. I complained to the waitress. she offered me no alternative. She came back later and said she had told the manage and he examined the coleslaw and said it was normal for their coleslaw. Needless to say i will never go back to that red lobster. If you go there dont eat the coleslaw.
Went tonight and while our food was arriving the fire alarm went off. No big deal, that’s not their fault. We saw so many people just leave and skip out on paying. Not us we stayed the 40 mins till fire allowed us back in and waited for our meal to be remade. It was terrible, no flavor. Time to pay I just asked if the manager was doing anything to thank those that stuck around and didn’t skip out on bills and we were told that it’s not company policy to offer compensation....read full review
