Not sure what all of the bad reviews are about. This is my favorite Starbucks location in Syracuse aside from a couple of the Target Starbucks locations.
The employees here are always really sweet.
My order has never been wrong.
Everything always tastes exactly how it should.
I feel like those are the basics that every Starbucks should have. Love this location!!

It’s Starbucks, you know what you’re getting. As far as Starbucks go, there’s great service and it’s always clean.
Fast and friendly. Great coffee drinks and quick bites.

Starbucks Coffee Company in this area is praised for its friendly and attentive staff, with employees going above and beyond to provide high-quality service. Customers appreciate the quick and friendly service, especially noting that drinks are consistently hot and delicious. The staff's willingness to help, such as saving milk jugs for winter gardening or offering to remake drinks free of charge after accidental drops, creates a welcoming atmosphere. The seating area is described as beautiful, making it a pleasant spot for visitors and travelers. Some mention differences in service quality between morning and evening shifts, with mornings being on point while evenings sometimes experience mistakes. One staff member, a motivated and hardworking barista, stands out for making perfect drinks and maintaining high standards. Overall, this Starbucks location is considered the best in Central NY, known for great drinks, friendly staff, and a comfortable environment.
