Aside from the fact that it’s so popular - crowded with out-of-towners (like I used to be!) that you need to find a seat in the nearby park … their are no complaints. Coffee: great. Biscuits: amazing. Specials: out of this world. Go. And go now.
I don't want to say we bought a house in Livingston Manor because of this bakery... but we didn't *not* buy a house because of this bakery. It was our first stop when visiting and WOW, these biscuits are good. My favorite things to get are actually the salads- it's pretty hard to find good veggies to go in rural areas and The Walk In never disappoints.
The food is very delicious. Sandwiches and bagels come with different fillings. The portion sizes are very generous. The coffee is excellent, and the service is wonderful. We were very satisfied. In addition, they open early in the morning, which is very convenient.
