This place can be hit or miss. Not necessarily with their products, as their vape juice is the best I've found in the Buffalo area. But I've been in a few times either looking for hardware, or observing another customer looking for hardware, and the employee(s) really didn't seem to have knowledge of the products in the case. Not a huge thing really, but just seemed odd, and has kept me from buying anything other than the juice.
Third time visit today to pick up a special order. FRIENDLIEST store I've found in the area and staffed by a knowledgeable crew. Be sure to tell Nikki the guy from Kansas sent you. ?

Easily my favorite location in town for any vaping product needs ? staff is knowledgeable and happy to help any way they can. I'd recommend anyone stop by for the atmosphere alone
