Ordered for the first time today and was a little disappointed. The bagel didn’t seem to be baked all the way and was very doughy and flat. The color on the top was very beige and not golden as you’d expect. Not the best, not the worst.
My husband got the Denver burrito and that was huge and tasted great.

We went out of our way to go grab lunch , on the door it says they close at 2 , same as google . We arrived at 1:10 , could see racks full of bagels ( last time I went they had none at 11 am during the week ) so we were excited . All the doors were locked but there was an employee inside ( with their dog behind the counter ??) We knocked , he said we closed early BUT he answered the phone and took an order Not good customer service and won’t all these bagels on the rack be hard by tomorrow ?

A couple of weeks ago I went here with my brother and my 5 year old I usually love this place best bagel sandwiches you can get so I thought I would try a soft pretzel and it was for my son and when we got to the car it should have been a cinnamon sugar one and it was garlic and cinnamon it was so bad ...the food is really good and I had 2 bagels with cream cheese and had to repeat the order 4 times the worker kept forgetting what we ordered like he wasnt listening the service is extremely slow but when I have a craving for a real authentic bagel I will be back and take the risk but dependent on my kids hunger level because I can't wait 40 minutes for a pretzel to be made wrong for him again it's just not worth my time

have gone on several occasions and heard who appeared to be the manager belittling staff, creating a hostile work environment and targeting those of different ethnicities due to personal bias. would not recommend to my dog.

Excellent bagels but have stopped twice now during regular hours and they have not been open. Disappointing when your expecting them to be open

Tried to order a lox bagel this morning and was informed they were out of salmon.
Ordered a breakfast burrito instead. When I got home, there was no green chili, very little sausage, and mostly just egg and potato.
They have delicious bagels, cream cheese, and egg sandwiches! Great, welcoming atmosphere with good seating and kind staff. They even do fun events for the community and have products from local vendors.
