“We were driving home from the Niagara Celtic Fest at 8:45 pm and stopped for some grub. The store was closed and only the drive-thru was open. We normally will skip this option due to issues we usually have at Popeyes when this is the only option. We were starving though and decided to take a chance. The young man took our order at the drive up, he spoke clearly, got the order right and asked us to drive up to pay. Our orders were completed AND correct within 3 minutes. Same young man (reddish hair and beard) took our money, thanked us for choosing Popeyes (NEVER had that happen), gave us our food and told us to travel safe. We thanked him and enjoyed the best chicken sandwiches we have ever had from a Popeyes! Best Popeyes experience we have had in years. THANK YOU.“

“Been going to Sunny's for many years and will continue to do so. One of the best places to eat that Lockport has. Plus, if there's an issue with an order they always make it right. Today I had ordered a large cheese and pepperoni pizza. Got it home and it was super, SUPER thin. Like paper thin. I don't know if thin and crispy crust is an option, but if it is I'm guessing my order just got mixed up with someone else's. Anyway, I called Sunny's up, explained the situation and within 20 minutes a fresh and properly made replacement was waiting for me. That's great service!“

“Love, love, love, love, love the fact that I could walk into the place put numbers into a machine and get my food! And these crazy puffs are adorable little suckers! They taste just as good as a piece of pizza not better but they’re just the right size for me and then I’m not left with all that pizza I don’t need to eat! Is definitely an issue I will be returning to and considering it’s only 15 minutes from my house I’m loving this. And I didn’t even have to download an app. I just actually did it on my browser at home on my computer. And when I got here and realized I probably needed a code. I just pulled up chrome and did it - in the door quickly and out on my way while 5 others waited!!!! Oh yeah CRAZY PUFFS EVEN HAD A COUPON!!!“
