“This place is hidden in the little plaza. There was not enough signage, so I passed it more than once without notice. I ordered personal pan pizzas for the first time, and they were very good. Perfect for my family because everyone likes different toppings. So everyone got their own toppings. This was great. They offer the personal pan pizza $2 on Tuesday. Great way to taste the product.
I was surprised how good it was. It was filling too.“

“We were driving home from the Niagara Celtic Fest at 8:45 pm and stopped for some grub. The store was closed and only the drive-thru was open. We normally will skip this option due to issues we usually have at Popeyes when this is the only option. We were starving though and decided to take a chance. The young man took our order at the drive up, he spoke clearly, got the order right and asked us to drive up to pay. Our orders were completed AND correct within 3 minutes. Same young man (reddish hair and beard) took our money, thanked us for choosing Popeyes (NEVER had that happen), gave us our food and told us to travel safe. We thanked him and enjoyed the best chicken sandwiches we have ever had from a Popeyes! Best Popeyes experience we have had in years. THANK YOU.“

“Been going to Sunny's for many years and will continue to do so. One of the best places to eat that Lockport has. Plus, if there's an issue with an order they always make it right. Today I had ordered a large cheese and pepperoni pizza. Got it home and it was super, SUPER thin. Like paper thin. I don't know if thin and crispy crust is an option, but if it is I'm guessing my order just got mixed up with someone else's. Anyway, I called Sunny's up, explained the situation and within 20 minutes a fresh and properly made replacement was waiting for me. That's great service!“

“My wife and I ordered 4 pizzas today on Father’s Day at 10:30am at opening because we wanted to be able to relax for at least one day this week! We were looking for a cheap, easy meal for our family of 7. My wife walked in to a stressed out staff member (not her fault at all, she was fantastic). We are more than happy to wait a little longer, as we are a large family ordering pizzas just when this business opened, and understand things take longer for bigger orders. However, I personally can not get over the feeling that this business is engaging in “leaner and meaner” because the staff member felt overwhelmed.

Her customer service skills were exceptional. Little Caesars should know that the customer experience is part of the sale and if your staff is stressed, it deteriorates from the sale. If I continue to walk in here and the staff is stressed, I will not buy from here. You will lose a customer! I’m leaving a five star review for the service from the person who works here on 06/15/25 at 10:30am, not for the company!“
