ordered take out pizza and chicken fingers tonight in lockport. there was a small miscommunication with our order when we came to pick it up. Scott was amazing and made it right. not only did he offer to make it right but wanted to make sure I was happy with what was offered. "I want to make sure you leave happy" we love papa Leo's food and amazing customer service. keep up the great work!

First they were out of sub rolls on a Tuesday where they have a two for one special. Then the steak and cheese “burrito” had an extremely small amount of meat. Terrible!

Ordered a large cheese and pepperoni pie on 12/10 went to pick it up. Very tall black fellow was to engaged on a video call with a female friend, and showed he was not interested in taking care of me. After I paid him he bought the pizza to the counter. I opened it only to see most of the pepperoni and cheese missing. They offered to cook another pie. Instead the baker was going to just add the missing pepperoni and re-bake it. At this point, I asked for my money back. They refused to. I have been going here for 20+ years never seen anything like this. I would like my $21.00 back.
Called to order our food for the game guy answers phone with an attitude. Then asked to read back my order, and he keeps saying banana peppers. I say no I didn’t order that as I only eat pepperoni. He tries telling me I did and wants to argue with me about it. Dude you need to learn customer service. You just cost your store a nice order today and all my future business. So I ordered from pizza oven where they were very kind.Update. Emma called me to see what happened and apologized for the incident. She was very apologetic and we spoke for several minutes. Thanks for calling and speaking with me, and I will order again soon thanks to Emma!

Man I hate the drag down local businesses, but this experience ruined it for me. We ordered online, which I’d never suggest to anyone ordering from here. The app said it’d be done in 30 mins. I get there and they can’t find my order. Turns out they hung the ticket and never told anyone else. So they say it’ll be another 20-25 mins. I get it, mistakes happen. I worked at a pizza joint for 9 years. So I’ve seen it all. So I wait 25 more mins in my car and go back in. Mind you, I’ve only seen 2 people go in to pick up their orders during the 30 mins I’ve been there.. so not busy at all. At least to my standards.. I go back in and they tell me it’s gonna be a bit longer. I’m now watching them work to kill the time. It’s obvious they missed a few of my items… they scramble to get my order together. I finally walk out of there after an hour spent waiting there, on top of the 30 mins I waited to drive over and pickup. The staff is severely disorganized, and lack proper training. They desperately need management.. The food was below par, but it definitely wasn’t gonna taste good after that experience regardless. I truly hope they can get it together.
