Subway in Lockport

“Stopped in yesterday for lunch. This will be my Subway from now on!! Food was delicious. Veggies and meat super fresh!! The bread tasted like it just came out of the oven. The staff was incredibly kind. Thank you for this phenomenal experience!“

“Been to this location multiple times and every good experience has been with Destiny and Jayden. We came in last week and I was told as I ordered things that they were out. People were in front of me in line and behind, but no one was told what was unavailable before the ordering. The girl working never smiled and barely looked at us. She seemed annoyed and like she wanted us rushed out. Came again tonight and it was a wonderful experience. Smiles, greeted, eye contact, all around excellent service. I've been here with these two employees working before, so I had to ask their names and give them recognition. I wish I had the name of the previous employee that gave a bad experience. Definitely recommend this location...if Destiny & Jayden are working.“

“the girl that took my order was disrespectful to not only me but my partner. she had a airpod in (i’m assuming too loud) and couldn’t hear anything we were saying. we were speaking at a normal tone to where anyone can hear you. she was giving attitude the entire time. her worker with her was phenomenal though. she was very respectful.“
