Subway in Niagara Falls

“I went to the store with my family,staff was very patient with us as we took time to decide our order.Another thing i will like to acknowledge is despite being a busy tourist destination store and its washroom's were exceptionally clean.“

“Workers are great, friendly and helpful.. however do not tip them through the subway app..they don't get it. Itll go to the owners(or someone)who didn't do any work to put your sandwich together. If you wish to tip your sandwich maker throw a buck or two in the tip jar on the counter.“

“The staff at this Subway restaurant is awesome! They remember the usual orders of their most frequent customers, of which I'm one - as soon as I walk in, if one of the cashiers who knows me best is tending, she'll get my medium coffee cup and three half-and-halfs, and meet me with them at the counter! One time, the coffee, which is usually hot, happened to have been sitting for too long; when I mentioned this, another cashier switched it out for me immediately, and brought me a new cup and creamers! The submarine rolls and various other items are fresh-finished in their in-store oven; this Subway is located inside a Walmart Super Center, to the left of the the Market entrance, and the fragrance of spicy baked goods is the first thing you notice when you walk through the door! I do eat lunch there sometimes as well, and their vegetable submarine is wonderful! The cinnamon sugar soft pretzels are great, too, and so is the popcorn! Several of the tables here are high-stool, but there are three booths and plenty of lower tables, and lots of room for handicapped access; Walmart's accessible restrooms are located right nearby. As a bus traveler and a frequent Walmart shopper, this is one of my favorite stops - see you on Monday, guys! :)“

“I switched to this location from the one in the Tops Plaza due to that place just going downhill. My subs just taste better at this one haha.One thing I would say is that they need to inform the employees that they need to change their gloves before going back to finish making someone's food after handling money.“

“Purchased dinner from this location today and I was so happy with the service and food. The new owners have really done a great job! The gentleman that was working tonight was so kind and helpful. Food was great. Will definitely visit this location again.“
