Ate at the new Bistro last Friday for the first time, and wow. Having been a Birch Hill Market customer for many years now, and knowing the top shelf quality of meats and seafood that Tom and co source, I was already going in with high expectations. The chef, Americo and rest of the team, far exceeded our expectations. The steak was better than any high end steak house I’ve eaten at, and reasonably priced. The rest of my party got the salmon, which was “melting in their mouthes.”...
This is the type of family owned place that towns wish they still had. Tom runs a great place here and is welcoming to guests with premium steak but more distinctively seafood and an increasing prepared foods capability. We love it and you will too…
Been going to Birch Hill for our meats for over 20 years. Excellent selection of meats and seafood plus great prepared meals and sides. Glad Tom took over for his Dad and has grown the business. He’d be proud of what he’s done with the place!
