“Here’s the thing—Season Bistro is the best restaurant in Long Island. I know how big a statement that is. Go eat there and tell me I’m wrong though. The chef is brilliant, creative, and does things with pork belly that normal chefs would rave about! The entire menu is amazing. And that menu changes 4 times a year—depending on, yes, the season. A+“

“I have posted less-than-5-star reviews of the Brass Rail in recent months, primarily because the bar and the clientele had taken a dive. The last 2 times we were here, clearly they have taken efforts to improve the bar service and drink quality. Lindsay is a fantastic Add, bringing Value-Add over the horrific mess the bar here had become. The improvement you’ve made in the bar service and quality is noticed. I thank you. It was horrific for awhile there, but tonight (and last time) was fantastic.“
