Been going here for many years and always great! This time I’m sorry to say the food was not up to par! Hopefully this was a one time thing, otherwise they won’t see me again.
Sent back my food and because I tried it, manager would not refund my money.
This was also disappointing. Not good business practice.

First time at this restaurant and the food here is amazing. Me and my girlfriend were looking for something to eat since were starving and just got off the train. Literally stumbled on this place by accident but very happy we found them. There was literally no wait time to be seated and we were serviced right away. We ordered burgers and they were phenomenal! Definitely hit them up if you're in the area for a amazing burger, you won't be disappointed.

Buckram Stables is a staple in LV and for good reason! Consistently good food and great, attentive wait staff! I have been here many times, but recently came in for lunch with my office coworkers. James, our waiter, was friendly, super helpful and answered all of our questions about the menu. Everyone was very happy with their food, especially those that ordered the Stabilizer burger! Atmosphere is great! Highly recommend reservations for lunch or dinner here.

This quaint treasure tucked away in the heart of Locust Valley is definitely a must try for any true foodie. I had the privledge of dining here this week with my mother and it completely exceeded my expectations. From the moment you enter, the Victorian motif accentuates the stable-lined structure to give its guests a very warm, inviting feel. In terms of the menu, I decided on the mahi mahi over a Caesar salad and I must say it was sensational. The delicate sweetness and firm yet moist flaking was beautifully seared. Mahi is one of those fish that absorbs flavors perfectly so the creaminess of the Caesar dressing complimented it to a tee. Lastly, I must thank Diane for providing us great hospitality! We will definitely be back soon. Highly recommended 👌
