Extremely Disappointed with Service and Practices at the Allegria Hotel
We reserved a large block of rooms at the Allegria Hotel for my daughter’s wedding, expecting a memorable and smooth experience. Instead, our group encountered very poor service and unfair business practices that other guests should be aware of!

The carpets are stained, knobs are missing in the tub, looks like mildew in the shower, there is no room service, no mini bar in the room, and once you ask front desk to resolve this- they cannot accommodate you at all with anything besides waiving a resort fee which 100% I should not be paying for in the first place and would dispute this. more hospitality would be needed after seeing how deceptive the website and photos on google are- DO NOT book a room here. After a brisk walk on the beach, we decided to go have a drink at the hotel bar. Literally sat there for 20 minutes. No one bothered to ask us what we wanted to drink. We finally got up and left after asking two bartenders to help us. But they were of no help. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
