We had such an incredible experience at Baldoria and cannot wait to go back! We came in for a Saturday night date night, and the atmosphere was exactly what we were looking for—lively, energetic, and full of a more mature crowd that was clearly there to enjoy good food and good company. It’s definitely not a place for kids or for a quiet dinner, but if you’re looking for a fun, vibrant night out, this is absolutely the spot.
Our server, Lisa, was phenomenal. She was so friendly, so accommodating, and genuinely elevated our entire experience. We ordered the special lamb ragu over gnocchi with truffle and burrata—truly out of this world. One of the best dishes I’ve had in a long time.
At the end of the meal, our dessert was accidentally delayed, and without us even asking, Lisa comped it. Totally unnecessary, but such a thoughtful gesture and a perfect example of her going above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing night.
Baldoria exceeded every expectation—food, service, and vibe. We’ll absolutely be back!

Review: My wife and I tried Baldoria in Long Beach, NY, and were really impressed. She had the shrimp Parmesan, I had the chicken Parmesan — both were excellent. The seafood is phenomenal; the calamari was the freshest I’ve had in 20 years, tender and perfectly cooked. The atmosphere is warm, the service friendly, and you can tell the kitchen takes real pride in what they do. I’m already planning to come back Sunday for the baked clams and short rib ravioli. A true Long Beach seafood and Italian gem!

Just left and I couldn’t wait to tell everyone about it. First of all our server Federico made me feel as if I was his personal guest. The food was incredibly fresh and there was plenty of it. Incredible portions. Not your so called Italian restaurant that just throws sauce on every dish and calls it Italian. I was truly impressed.

This place is incredible. World class hospitality and such a homey ambience. As a tourist, they made me feel like a regular. I was greeted with a welcome handshake immediately walking into the restaurant and although it was a packed house.
Excellent food all around. Ordered the burrata and the chicken parmigiana with the vodka sauce. Would recommend the vodka sauce upgrade - really elevated the dish. One the best parms I’ve ever had.
This is a place that hits on all fronts and will deliver a memorable night with the food and the company you share the night with.
