Went this morning to go get a drink and heard the manager speak to one of her employees and this women was so nasty. she then cut off her worker and proceeded to give me attitude and be disrespectful. She should not be working in customer service if she does not know how to speak to not only her employees but to customers what so ever. I'm a tea drinker, however, sometimes I receive a SB gift card. I went to meet a friend and was disappointed that the tea that I have purchased for many, many years was not available. I purchased what they suggested and did not enjoy it at all. The people are very friendly and that is why it did not receive a lower number of stars.

The guy that took my order was nice, not sure what his name was. Leila (I think that’s her name) made my refresher but didn’t bother to shake it even though the store was empty and they seemed more than staffed. She did forget the strawberry inclusions, to which I asked a different barista to please add since she was doing something else. Both seemed to have an attitude, and then she just added the dried strawberries on top without mixing them in.
