Great reliable brunch spot! I usually take all my friends from out of town to Astoria Provisions. It is a beautiful space! I am a HUGE coffee person, but here the hot chocolate with marshmallows is the highlight! I love it more than any of their food lol. I like to try different things on their menu and I like their sweet brunch options a lot more than their savory. I tried their breakfast tacos last time and I think everything is missing a little more seasoning in general but...
What a terrific place. Yes, get the grilled cheese and tomato soup (the roasted tomatoes really came through on the soup). This menu is tasty and pure comfort. And the feeling of the place is great. Go. Enjoy.
