I often order from Bella Via and it's one of my favorite spots. I would highly recommend any of the pizzas and soups. However, the linguine and clams was a 2/10. The linguine stuck to the clams and had 0 taste to it. The clams were not fresh it was overall a very very poor quality dish.

We have the stuffed classic, prosutto pizza as appetizers. I had the black pasta & seafood and my fiancé had the lamb shank. the service was excellent. The food was delicious.

I had Bella Via's biancaneve pizza few times, and man they are really delicious. I've had my fair shares of pizza in NYC areas including Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens - I have to say Bella Via's biancaneve pizza was definitely memorable. Will be back to try out their other items as well.

Good, savory, consistent variety of appetizers. Try the burrata and prosciutto or mozzarella with grilled vegetables. Great range of entrees, delicate sauces.

The place is located at a corner of a busy intersection. They have created an outside/inside experience for sidewalk dining. They also have an outside gazebo style dining on the partially closed street. The service was moderate, and the food was not bad but it left much to be desired. The menu was a bit uncomprehensive and did not truly depict all that could be had at this place. The font and style of the menu was also hard on the eyes. Perhaps they have a better style of menu, but for my visit, I was dealt a paper one. I felt that not enough was done to accommodate my party of five and a child. We were there mid afternoon, the place was not at all busy, and they did not appear to be overwhelmed. However, some of the chairs were mixed matched with what appeared to be all metal patio furniture, which lacked cushioning and added support. This can be quite uncomfortable for a six year old.The waiter did a good job hosting us. However, more efforts could have been made to ensure that we were having a good experience. The manager briefly asked if things were OK at the very end of our time there, I feel that being that he was not busy, he could have checked in on us much much sooner. I would have addressed the chair and seating issue with him. Overall the food and pizza were not bad, and the prices were not terrible, but not the best experience I have had at this style of restaurants. It left much to be desired. One terrible thing that I really did not like to which I also did not receive an explanation for was an additional fee on the bill. It was in addition to tax, and it was not a tip, but apparently, if you pay with a card, they charge an additional fee. On a $150.00 bill the fee was approximately $5 dollars. It did not explain what it was and I did not receive any clarity from the waiter. I was not at all made aware of an additional fee prior to ordering, neither did I see this posted or in writing anywhere. Nonetheless it was on our bill, but was removed once cash was offered instead of a card. I do not believe this is legal, and perhaps this should be rectified.I cannot say I recommend this place, but I can assure you it will not be a place I return to.

We ordered spaghetti, penne, a Caesar salad, and Nutella pizza, and were disappointed. The food was bland and took longer than we were told to prepare, which had us running a little late for the evening. I really wanted to like this restaurant, but I won't be returning.

The food is always excellent and the service could almost always be a bit better. I usually am a creature of habit and once I love a menu item will only order that but here I actually make a point to order new things each time because I trust that they'll all be exceptional! They also have so many tables both inside and outside that even coming on a Saturday night without a reservation we've never been turned away despite them always being busy. Only downside is that as nice as the servers and staff are they always seem like they're stretched too thin which can make service spotty and not the best. We were here about a week ago and it felt like our waiter was constantly running and out of breath. One example is supposedly they give you bread at the start of your meal but we've only gotten it once. Either way the food is great and you'll probably not have to wait too long for a table!

It was alright. I could have honestly made it better at home. For the price the food was disappointing, and the service seemed a bit disorganized. I got a chicken parm with a gin and tonic.

I really wanted to love this place because I'm a foodie and using go to the most trendy restaurants all over NYC. I really hate to use the race card but unfortunately we STILL live in a world that not all customers or money are equally accepted or valued. Myself and my date had 7pm reservations, while waiting on our table (although I can clearly see 3 tablet available to seat 2) another couple showed up who happen to be white and was seated asap while we stood there waiting. Bringing this to the attention of the hostess and the manager made absolutely no difference they brushed it under the rug. The couple (who happened to be white)were seated before us had the nerves of get upset because I brought it to their attention we were waiting prior to their arrival. The manager or hostess didn't care or try to fix the situation and thought it was fine we continue waiting for a table although we were there for almost ten minutes. I really hate to say but THIS ESTABLISHMENT IS RACIST, DO MOT SPEMD TOUR MONEY HERE! There are So many options in restaurant to choose from that actually value their customers unlike this place.

Very friendly staff that was flexible when accommodating a large party of 15+ people. Great food, atmosphere and easy to get to. Definitely will be back.

Celebrated birthday lunch here and enjoyed every minute of the ambiance, service and food as before the pandemic. Tried white pizza (baked in their open brick oven) for the first time and now a fan, definitely will order again. Cudo on Covid 19 safety measures: signage, table spacing and vaccine card check.
