We placed a large catered order from Sami’s for our housewarming party for 15 guests. The staff was very helpful and guided us well in picking menu items and planning how much to order. The food was amazing—everyone loved it! The restaurant packaged it up well and had it ready exactly on time. Would highly recommend using them for any catered events! Thank you all so much !!
This place is a gem. We discovered it while wandering around the neighborhood and it has become an instant favorite. Food is delicious (specially the Afghan national dish) and service is gentle, relaxed. Feels nice to slow down a bit in a city where restaurants try to kick you off quickly and where food tends to be overpriced. Loved it.

Amazing service at Sami’s Kabab House LIC!! Me and my friends (group of 5) came here after class to break our fast during Ramadan and it was such an amazing experience. Service was courteous, fast, and excellent, we were seated immediately and given refreshments. We got the family combo, and each bite was perfection.
