This place is the absolute WORST! If you do decide on coming here, bring your patience and lots of it. They have an army in the kitchen but operate as if there is one person serving all guests. Do yourself a favor and go to We Bagel a couple blocks away.

I really want to say the food is excellent but the rudeness of the the lady at the counter is unacceptable. It was my first time and when asked a question, she giggled and looked at her co worker. I did not confront her as I was with my child. She needs to be kind and be more professional. For the food I might go back but when I think about how I was treated, it is not worth it.

Solid bagel spot! I'm quite surprised by the low overall rating. I live in Brooklyn and ended a run to LIC at this bagel shop. I got two bagels, Cree cheese and lox to go and made my bagel sandwich at home. I liked the old-school authentic bagel shop vibe, staff were friendly and fast. Seems like ordering a bagel sandwich there can take longer. I thought the bagels were quite delicious, the lox wasn't amazing but was good. I'd definitely go again if I'm in the area!

I guess you can't just order a black coffee with milk and sugar here ? The barista didn't know how to make that . A simple enough request but maybe beneath her skill full craft of pouring hot liquid into a cup . Literally just wanted a cup of black coffee and some form of milk and sugar added and she had to make a big spectacle of it . Saying they "don't" just have black coffee with milk and sugar . That's literally the base lvl of coffee and you can't make it ? Insane. This place is ugly and uptight for no reason .

Our first bagel experience in NY.We really liked the place and the food.It's a bit confusing since the food is ordered in one place and the drink in another, but oh well.There is a good variety of breads and fillings for Bagels.We loved it.P.S.
