Took my kids to the Chuck E. Cheese near Astoria (in Long Island City) for a birthday outing. The kids had a blast playing arcade games and collecting tickets—it’s definitely designed with young children in mind. The pizza and wings were just okay—not gourmet but acceptable.
However, the noisiness and smell near the entry and play areas were distracting, and several game machines were out of order. It took a while for our food order to arrive, and the staff seemed overwhelmed. For the price, it felt a bit underwhelming.
Great for energetic kids who want carnival-style fun, but be prepared for a chaotic environment and spotty service

The pizza is good, but avoid the fries. If you go for a party they will get you in and out like as fast as they can. Its the price you pay for having one at a popular spot.

We were at this Chuck E. Cheese for a birthday party and left feeling disappointed. Both of my autistic children were playing in the trampoline area and having fun. Like many kids there, they were going in and out and not always waiting their turn. During the first hour we were there, no one said anything — and many kids were doing the exact same thing. No employee ever explained that there was a limit on how many kids could be inside at once.

At one point, an employee was standing near the trampoline chatting for over 20 minutes with another adult (I don’t know if they were friends, but they seemed very friendly). After all that time, the other adult — who wasn’t even an employee — came over to me and questioned my son’s behavior. It felt completely inappropriate and unnecessary. Both of my kids were being talked about, but this person chose to come directly to me about my son.

We were there to enjoy a party, not to be made to feel uncomfortable or singled out — especially by someone who had no authority to say anything. I hope management takes this seriously, ensures only employees interact with guests, and fosters a more respectful, inclusive environment for all families, including those with neurodivergent children.

Love their new jump/ jungle gym area. Great price to be able to use it. My kids no longer play the games they spend endless hours just jumping about. The pizza is yummy. We also enjoy their events

The place is amazing. The chicken wings and pizza are delicious. A great place for family weekend and gatherings.

Staff consistently forgets about Sensory Sunday. As a result, I have to wait for an hour outside the facility. Since they are understaffed, we are unable to use the trampoline zone.

It's exactly what you would expect for a Sunday afternoon kids birthday party. Overcrowding is not only dangerous but uncomfortable for all patrons. Alot of games were not functioning properly. I will close this review with stating that the customer service and employees were great.

First I must say that I have been taking my daughter here for her birthday party for 3 years because she loves it and they have always treated us and served us well but today was the bad day my reservation was for 6:30 when I arrived the table was not ready they left me waiting half an hour to get to the table, I mean I lost half an hour so a young woman helped me order the food and she said someone you are going to go to your table if you need anything you can tell them the young woman was kind and very attentive nothing bad to say about the waitress and she said don't worry they give you extra time but it's really not your fault when we are going to leave it was 9:05 to 9:10 the lady named Jasmine I don't know if you were the manager or an employee but she is a rude ill-mannered that she could not change the girl's tickets because it was closed when at no time did they inform me and she started arguing like a woman from the neighborhoods until I told her what is your name because I am going to make your report it was then that she told me she was going to look for someone from outside I was listening Everything she said was a stupid Hispanic woman who also knew what to do. If she is the manager or a worker, I hope it is in a place that does not have to do with children because she is not qualified for that job.
