If you care about the taste of your pizza, I wouldn’t recommend this spot. My husband and I got a slice of the pepperoni as a snack and it tasted like a heated up frozen pizza. The pepperonis lacked flavor and seemed like pepperoni you’d get from a lunchables. The cheese was poor quality and tasted highly processed. We’re perplexed by the reviews that praise the pizza — have these reviewers had good pizza before? This is nyc cmon!! The slice was $5; they must be making a huge profit for how cheap the pizza tastes and must be to “make.”

Somehow one of the only pizza spots in the area with 2 schools near by and multiple businesses. This place has No seats and not even a good pizza smell when you walk by. I tried it out due to working in the area and it’s just blah kinda food really not worth it. If you want garlic or something sprinkled on your food it will come from containers sitting out on the side walk day in and out. This place is not worth it what so ever. It’s a hole in the wall with a cool name and you would think is amazing from the nyc cliche but it’s nothing special. Better off looking for pizza elsewhere. Their calzones are nothing to be happy about either they are all doe and barely any chicken or what ever filling you’re into. Trust this place isn’t worth it not even for munchies. This is NYC and good pizza will be found but not here

They even give you a discount if you pay with cash - I stayed at a nearby hotel and got takeout and it was really delicious.

Excellent pizza

it's a solid three stars, i like it enough to stop by whenever i'm craving a slice of pizza.

food: i don't like the crust too much since it's too dry for me. slices can be very oily.

atmosphere: it's carry-out only, so i have to walk home before i can eat it, which means the pizza most likely has cooled down by then. perhaps they could wrap it in aluminum foil first.

The cheese slice is decent, the CBR Pizza was absolutely disgusting, ruined my day, I take pizza very seriously, the meat lovers was dry, tasted stale , 4.3/10 sad very sad

Great pizza. Spent a week in Long Island City, and had a slice almost every night. Keep up the good work!
